9,000 SQ. FT. AUCTION BUILDING OF ESTATE & CONSIGNMENT ITEMS, FURNITURE, HOUSEHOLD, antiques, COLLECTIBLES, TOOLS & MISC.  

Also Selling: We have a cargo trailer load from a rural farm South of Bland.  All small items were boxed up.  Some things we saw were:

Wardrobe; Dressers; Library tables; Iron beds; Old cook stove; Sausage stuffers; Crocks; Dishes; Glassware; Garden & hand tools; Canning jars; Milk bottles; Tables & chairs; Enamelware; Old harness & tack; Horse collars; Country farm primitives.

Terms:  Cash or good check with proper identification.  All sales are final.  Sales tax will be charged.   Everything sells as is, where is.  Proper identification is necessary to obtain a buyer’s number.  Announcements day of sale supersede all printed material.  Food on grounds.
