Meet the Auctioneer

Richard Moffat Auction Service is owned and operated by Richard (Rick) Moffat.  Rick has over 20 years of experience and regularly conducts 60+ auctions annually.

Rick and his wife, Melanie, have two toddler sons - BJ and Nicholas.  Melanie Moffat is an attorney in private practice in Linn, Missouri.  The Moffats reside in Linn, Missouri.

Rick Moffat, is fully equipped with cargo trailers to haul your collection or estate to The Moffat Center, a 9,000 square foot facility located in Linn, Missouri.  Rick Moffat also conducts many auctions on location and is fully equipped with an 1800 sq. ft. tent, tables and flat bed trailers.   

Rick Moffat is licensed and insured.  References are available upon request.  Rick Moffat regularly conducts the following types of auctions:
